Rachel was great to work with during the 12-week transformation. She provided me with my macros based on my goals and nailed it. At first, it was challenging, as I had never weighed my food before, but Rachel was very supportive and helped guide me through the process by providing recipes, meal guidelines, etc. After the first week or so, it became very easy. I never knew how important having macros was, but it was key to weight loss for me. In addition, Rachel provided me with workouts for 3-months. These were GREAT and I loved seeing the results. I realized how important strength training is versus cardio to see the results I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with Rachel – she is a wealth of knowledge!
