After registering to do my first bodybuilding competition, I decided to get a coach for my final weeks of competition prep. I spent a lot of time searching for an individual to work with that was not only credible and knowledgeable but someone I could connect well with. After a lot of research, I reached out to Rachel because I went to school with her back when we were young. With her killer body and background, I felt totally confident that she would make a great coach. Rachel built me a nutrition and workout plan for my cut that we adjusted along the way based on how my body was responding. She made everything simple and (relatively) stress-free for me. Rachel was so supportive and always available if I had questions or concerns which was reassuring and kept me calm during my first prep. By show day, I was so confident with how I looked, and most importantly I never felt run down or depleted like so many competitors complain of during this part of prep. I was so pleased with the process that Rachel coached me through a second prep for a show shortly after. She’s a great coach!!!!
