It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year
In the words of Andy Williams, “It’s the most wonderful time of the year.” Connecting, celebrating, and looking forward to the magic on the holidays can be an exciting time. As someone in your corner rooting for your success, I want to help make this time of the year truly wonderful. Here’s a few helpful tips/tricks:
- ) Choices are empowering. Be intentional with not only the food and drinks you CHOOSE to enjoy, but also the events, parties, and gathering you CHOOSE to say yes to.
- ) Try not to restrict yourself leading up to a meal.
- ) Try to put together balanced meals. Remember your 3 Musketeers: protein, fat, fiber.
- ) Be present and enjoy your time with loved ones.
My goal is for you to feel you BEST and have the ability to make your holidays “the most wonderful time of the year” in a way that serves you. Our health gives us the freedom to make choices and embrace what matters most. I would love to support you in making this your best holiday Season yet!
