In the words of Andy Williams, “It’s the most wonderful time of the year.” Connecting, celebrating, and looking forward to the magic on the holidays can be an exciting time.   1. ) Choices are empowering. Be intentional with not only the food and drinks you CHOOSE to enjoy, but also the events, parties, and gathering you CHOOSE to say yes to.
  2. ) Try not to restrict yourself leading up to a meal.
  3. ) Try to put together balanced meals. Remember your 3 Musketeers: protein, fat, fiber.
  4. ) Be present and enjoy your time with loved ones.
