I was so uneasy going to a nutritionist for the first time. Rachel made me feel comfortable and confident in my goals. I worried about just getting a cookie-cutter diet plan, which hasn't been the case. During my first appointment, we sat and discussed my goals and did some body assessments and then Rachel sat and wrote my initial diet plan. During the next appointment, my diet will be modified even more based on the results of my blood work. This has been well worth the investment so far and I'm very excited about this journey!

Rachel was very helpful for me. I had a lot of digestive issues which turned out mainly to be an intolerance to dairy and stress. However, none of the doctors I went to could figure out what the problem was! Rachel helped me with supplements, diets, and tests that have guided me to what I should eat / do to feel better. Really thankful there was a natural method out there rather than the extreme measures doctors suggested that produced no results!

My first visit was very professional and helpful. The information about food was information I already knew but would be helpful for those who are new to nutrition. The body composition and the menu plan - what foods, how much, and when to eat them - were most helpful for me.

Rachel is very knowledgeable and her enthusiasm for good nutrition health is contagious! Im an RN who has struggled with my weight and tried every diet out there. So I admit I was a bit skeptical about what I could possibly learn. I learned so much from Rachel! She worked with me and I feel I have a VERY doable program. I am re-thinking everything. They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and achieving the same results. So I am way excited to find a new way of eating that will both satisfy me and get me the results I need. Thank you Rachel!

Just recently met with Rachel Scheer to discuss healthy weight loss and nutrition. Through this discussion Rachel was able help me outline a plan to meet my lifestyle change goals. Even though I've only been on my plan a few days I really don't think this will be too difficult!! Love what I'm eating and can envision where I will be this time next year!!

I have very unique health and dietary issues while also being a professional dancer and teacher. Nutritional help that understands my athleticism, chronic injuries, and the big picture has been difficult to find but Rachel seems to understand both of these areas. I’m looking forward to her helping me make my meals being more diverse and enjoyable while also fueling my body more effectively.

Rachel has helped me put together a program that didn't make drastic changes and worked with my crazy schedule. As an endurance athlete I have very specific needs and she is helping me fine tune my nutrition. I am very excited to see the results this season!!!

Extremely knowledgeable and very professional. If you are needing a nutritionist, Rachel is the person to go to! Rachel has gained the expertise to get problems fixed that most doctors are not even considering or bothering with. I am very excited to be working with her to get healthier. After so long struggling, I finally feel like I am on the right track. She has put perfecting touches on my diet while getting the test results I need so she can get my gut healthy. If I hadn't found her, I'd definitely still be lost.

I did a lot of research before deciding to see Rachel for a nutritional consultation. I think it is important to not only find someone who is knowledgable in their field but also someone who practices what they preach. She was extremely informative, kind and I felt like she lisyened to my concerns and requests. She and gave me a good pacakage of information to review in our initial meeting. She also helped me with a meal plan tailored to me, my likes and dislikes, etc. I look forward to our follow up, and most of all I look forward to the results to come from this new way of eating.

Rachel is SOOO smart and helpful. I turned 50 this year and have a goal of getting into shape. My husband & I started cycling, which started us on our quest for health/fitness...but, then I met with Rachel - she helped me combine our exercise w/good nutrition and what an impact it has had on my life (my hubby's too). Not only are some pounds dropping off, but I feel great, more energy, more over all health -- even less allergies, if that is possible! 🙂 Thank you Rachel!

Rachel is really knowledgeable about nutrition and coming up with an individual plan to fit each person's needs. My daughter and I have both found success when following a nutrition and workout plan from Rachel. I felt like she really cared about us meeting our goals and she is really professional - from returning emails, calls or texts, to being really detailed and providing a lot of information in our meetings and with our workout plans (including videos for people like me who have no clue what a "pike squat" is). And she is super sweet!

Such a great and fun experience! Rachel is professional and knowledgeable. We went over my current diet along with what my goals are. To find a starting point, she did a body composition test to see my weight, muscle mass, and fat mass. With that information along with my goals in mind, she created a meal plan specifically for me. With the meal plan came "cheat" sheets to make it simple and a grocery list as well. It was just so simple!

Rachel has totally changed my life.I have always loved being in the gym... learned lots of "bro-science" over the years on working out, nutrition and supplements... but really could not achieve my physique goals. With Rachel's help, for the first time in my life I have the tools to understand how to manipulate my physique through smart & REASONABLE nutrition. This is the only time that I feel as if I have control over how my body looks---with Rachel's help, the ball is truly in my court.The BEST part about all of it--other than the awesome transformation--is that Rachel makes the new "lifestyle" (not a "diet") PRACTICAL and Manageable (even for me... I am an attorney who works a lot and does NOT have time for too much diet nonsense). ...there is no "reset" Monday or binge eating because of deprivation. Rachel provides the foundation, knowledge, and reasonable meal plans (that are tweaked each visit) and exercise advice so you can continue to progress and exceed your weight / muscle / physique goals. I'm so thankful to Rachel and her team.

I’ve struggled with GI issues since High School. I thought it was normal and never really felt comfortable saying anything about it. I heard that Rachel did tests for gut health so I decided to reach out. It has changed my life...I figured out I have a couple of food sensitivities/allergies and started omitting them from my diet. Since then the bloating, cramping,& gas has subsided significantly. If you don’t get tested you’re just playing a guessing game and in the long run will bring further damage to your gut. I highly recommend you reach out to her if you have ever experienced any issues with your gut health.

I have struggled with stomach and weight issues for years. In the process I’ve seen over 6 holistic and traditional doctors, had countless tests run and yet no one had any answers for me. After literally two sessions with Rachel, she has helped me pinpoint the cause of my problems through a scientific microbiome test and has helped me devise a plan to combat it. I’m only two weeks into it now, and I feel better than I have in years! I’m even seeing the weight loss I’ve been striving for. So needless to say, I cannot say enough good about her and her expertise!

A couple months ago, I was forced to make some big life changes when I had to stop playing college soccer due to a knee injury. Shortly after having stopped playing, I was allured into the world of fitness and NPC bikini competitions. I had always loved working out and competing, so I thought NPC competitions would be a good fit. Even though I knew a bikini competition was something I wanted to try, I had no idea how to pose on a stage, much less walk in heels without stumbling. My prep coach, Rachel Scheer, had been trained by Jodi Miller for two years while she had been competing at the national level in Bikini competitions, and greatly recommended I work with Jodi for one on one posing sessions. Thanks to Jodi, in the short time of about 5 weeks, she helped me gain the confidence and ability to perform on stage which led to me taking home first in Open Bikini and Novice for my first NPC competition and becoming nationally qualified. There is no way, NO way I could have done it without all of her help and support and I am so thankful for everything that she has done for me. Not only did she help put me together a fantastic routine blended with class and matching my own personality, but she was there for me with the behind the scenes for things like tanning suggestions, makeup suggestions, and all kinds of advice. I am so thankful to have Jodi in my life and for all of the support she has given me. I can’t wait keep learning from her and to see what we can do together!
