Rachel is SOOO smart and helpful. I turned 50 this year and have a goal of getting into shape. My husband & I started cycling, which started us on our quest for health/fitness...but, then I met with Rachel - she helped me combine our exercise w/good nutrition and what an impact it has had on my life (my hubby's too). Not only are some pounds dropping off, but I feel great, more energy, more over all health -- even less allergies, if that is possible! 🙂 Thank you Rachel!
