In today’s episode I had the pleasure of sitting down with IFBB pro bodybuilder, podcast host, and owner of a successful gym and coaching business, Ben Pakulski. We dive right in to Ben’s passion, mission and discipline to help people live out their greatest life in a body they love.

In his own words, what began as an attempt to build and outer armor turned into the greatest form of learning how to love ourself, from the inside out. Today we dig into the connection between daily habits and our identity, nutrition, workouts, setting process oriented goals over outcome oriented goals, the distinction between addition goals and subtraction goals, interventions for modulating stress, and ultimately living a driven life rooted in true inner peace.
